Meet The Team
Owner
Alan’s passion for cars began early, starting as an apprentice mechanic in Perth at 16. After restoring his first car, a tired Vauxhall Astra, he discovered a lifelong enthusiasm for transforming vehicles. While working in the Oil & Gas industry in Aberdeen, he continued to hone his valeting and detailing skills in his spare time, driven by a commitment to perfection. When redundancy struck after 19 years in the industry, Alan turned his passion into a profession - and i4 Detailing was born.
Valeter / Detailer
Nathan, Alan’s son, naturally shares his father’s passion for cars and attention to detail. After starting out by helping on weekends, he quickly embraced i4 Detailing’s core values and high standards, earning a full-time position in February 2021. Now part of the father-and-son team, Nathan takes pride in their shared journey. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his partner and daughter - and keeping his own car in top condition.
